Most household debris, construction materials, and general cleanup waste are allowed. Prohibited items typically include hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, tires, batteries, asbestos, and appliances containing refrigerants. Contact us if you are unsure about a specific item before loading. 

Dumpsters are usually rented for a standard period (often 14 days), but extended rental options are available. Let us know if you need more time, and we can arrange an extension before your service period ends. 

A permit is generally not required when the dumpster is placed on private property, such as a driveway. If the dumpster must be placed on a public street or sidewalk, local permits may be required. We can help guide you through this process if needed. 

Each dumpster size includes a weight limit. Exceeding the limit may result in additional fees, especially for heavy materials like asphalt, tile, and roofing shingles. We do not haul concrete or dirt. We will be happy to go over specifics to make sure you get a size-appropriate unit. 

We take precautions to minimize surface damage. All trucks are equipped with boards to place under the dumpster to protect your property. 

In many cases, next-day or even same-day delivery is available, subject to availability. Scheduling in advance is always recommended to ensure your preferred delivery date is available.
